Love this seasoning. Used it initially for grilled salmon and now I use it on lots of things. Just a hint of smoke, heat, and sweet.
So my family is very happy we discovered Desert Dust on our trip to Palm Springs last month. I try an use where i would’ve just used salt and pepper. It makes the best baked chicken and the boring steam veggies are now a stand alone dish. Thank you Desert Dust👍
I've used Desert Dust on meats and salads, on fish and fruit, i've seasoned pumpkin seeds, used it as a rub or part of a marinade, added it as a topping, and a secret ingredient in chili. My favorite use is on top of a freshly sliced avocado. Brilliant stuff.
Use as you would salt, a spinkle here, a dash there. Subtle flavoring with great back flavors when used gently. More pronounced flavor when used aggressively or used as marinade.
This is the only seasoning I use. It is great on everything. This is the only seasoning that I used the whole jar in just a few months and had to buy more
Loving Desert Dust… introduced my friends to it by way of a butter board and converted them to superfans! Chicken thighs on the grill! Steamed Broccoli! Salad!!! Subtle as Dust in the Desert!!
