WHAT GOES INTO THE ALL-PURPOSE BLENDS?
WHAT ABOUT TACO AND GUACAMOLE SEASONINGS?
These blends use organic ground dates too, with different spices for each flavor. Mild and Spicy Taco feature guajillo and cumin; Spicy Taco adds cayenne. Guacamole brings onion, garlic, coriander, jalapeño and lime crystals.

WHAT’S IN THE CHILTEPIN JAR?
Just whole Chiltepin peppers from Sonora, Mexico. No dates, salt or spice blend. The jar lets you add the pepper’s heat on its own.
DO YOU USE REFINED SUGAR?
Our date-based seasonings contain no refined sugar. Like all fruit, dates contain some naturally occurring sugars.
DO YOUR SEASONINGS CONTAIN SALT?
Yes. Our all-purpose, taco and guacamole blends contain sea salt. The whole Chiltepin peppers do not. Check the nutrition information for the product you’re choosing.
