Shipping and Return Policy

WHEN SHOULD I EXPECT MY ORDER?
Desert Dust ships twice per week. Most orders arrive between 5-10 business days.

DO WE SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
During this time, we are not shipping internationally. 

HOW CAN I RETURN MY DESERT DUST?
Desert Dust is considered a grocery item. If the tamper safe seal is broken, we cannot accept the return. Refund or exchange will be granted in certain instances; please see below for more information on our return policy. 

RETURNS
All returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition.

RETURN POLICIES
To return an item, request a refund, or exchange, please email customer service at  info@getdesertdust.com and include the order number and reason for return/refund/exchange. A company representative will contact you within three business days to provide instructions. Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return, refund, or exchange. Please allow at least two business days from the receipt of your item to process your request. Depending on your credit card company, refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement. We will notify you by email when your return is processed.

DAMAGED GOODS
Don't hesitate to contact the shipping carrier directly for damaged products. Desert Dust takes care to package each item before shipment and is not responsible for goods damaged in transit.
