Reviews of the Original, Spicy and Savory blends
Love this seasoning. Used it initially for grilled salmon and now I use it on lots of things. Just a hint of smoke, heat, and sweet.

I've used Desert Dust on meats and salads, on fish and fruit, i've seasoned pumpkin seeds, used it as a rub or part of a marinade, added it as a topping, and a secret ingredient in chili. My favorite use is on top of a freshly sliced avocado. Brilliant stuff.

The perfect blend of heat and sweet! I can't stop sprinkling it on my fruit, soup, popcorn, avo toast, eggs, tofu, salmon, chicken, french fries and so much more. The sweetness of the dates works beautifully with the smoky heat of the Chiltepin peppers. Oh and don't forget to use it in your cocktails - whether it be shaken, stirred or on the rim!

I love all three Desert Dusts but Spicy is DEFINITELY my most used. Whenever I use it to season spicy veggie dip or buffalo chicken dip for a party, everyone asks me for the recipe or wants to take a pic of the Dust bottle. I also love it on crab in place of Old Bay, and anything associated with a crab boil like potatoes, corn, etc. Also amaaaazing on/in bloody marys and as a chicken wing dry rub.

Savory Desert Dust Seasoning is “Da Bomb!” I use it when cooking chicken, vegetables, and even sprinkle it on popcorn! The sweetness from dates is such a delicious and different flavor enhancement that I love! I gotta have my “Dust!”

I use Savory Desert Dust for chicken, beef or fajita veg tacos! It's also amazing mixed into rice and beans. And the dates make it unique from any other taco seasoning I've used.
