Cut the salmon into bite-size pieces, coat with Savory Desert Dust and spread them in the air fryer. Mix the honey mustard sauce while they cook.

Ingredients

Salmon bites

  • 1 pound salmon
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons Savory Desert Dust
  • Lemon wedge, as desired

Honey mustard sauce

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 3 tablespoons mustard
  • A squeeze of lemon

Directions

  1. Cut the salmon into 1-inch cubes and place in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add the olive oil and Savory Desert Dust, then mix to coat.
  3. Spread the salmon pieces in the air-fryer basket without piling them on top of one another. Air fry at 400°F for 8 minutes.
  4. Check the center of the fish with a food thermometer: it should reach 145°F / 63°C. Continue cooking as needed.
  5. Blend or whisk together the mayonnaise, honey, mustard and lemon for the sauce.
  6. Serve the salmon bites with the sauce and lemon.

Keep in mind

  • The air-frying step is 8 minutes; check the center before serving.
  • Keep the salmon in a single layer so the pieces are not stacked.
