For the contiguous U.S., these are standard charges for the whole order, not separate charges for each item or package. The $55 threshold uses the physical-product subtotal after discounts and before taxes; digital gift cards do not count. Available options and the final charge are confirmed at checkout.

FREE SHIPPING

Physical-product orders of $55 USD or more after discounts ship free to the contiguous United States. For other destinations, check the shipping options shown at checkout.

WHERE WE SHIP

We choose the shipping service based on your order and destination. For Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories and military addresses, available options depend on your cart and address. Outside the U.S., enter your address at checkout to see whether shipping is available and what it costs.

DISPATCH & DELIVERY

Desert Dust dispatches orders twice per week. Most orders arrive in 5–10 business days. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date.

Shipping options can differ by item and destination. If your address has no available shipping option, contact us before ordering. For questions about an order or its delivery, email info@desertdust.com with your order number.

RETURNS

Desert Dust does not accept returns. An exchange or refund will be granted in certain instances; please email us for more information at info@desertdust.com.

DAMAGED GOODS

Don't hesitate to contact the shipping carrier directly for damaged products. Desert Dust takes care to package each item before shipment and is not responsible for goods damaged in transit.
