BBQ Corn on the Cobb with Desert Dust

Cooktime: 30 Minutes


  • 4 - 8 Ears of Corn - Husks On
  • Butter (Conventional or Vegan)
  • Any flavor Desert Dust - We love Spicy 


  • Soak the corn on the cob with its husks on in cold water for minimum 30 minutes – this will stop the husks burning too quick.
  • Once your charcoal is ready (the flames have burnt out) drop your sweetcorn straight on top of the coals. On a gas BBQ by put the corn on the cob over the highest area of heat.
  •  Turn the corn as needed as the husks start to blacken.
  • Leave your corn on the coals for about 30 minutes and then allow them to sit for 5-10 minutes to allow them to cool
  • Pull back the Husks and silks
  • Coat in butter and liberally dust with Desert Dust
